EQUIP – Skills, Action & Experience
The Esse Quam Unified Impact Programme (EQUIP) is our integrated engagement pathway for young leaders and changemakers. It combines:
- Training and preparation – skills, leadership, and induction workshops
- Applied learning – hands-on projects and role-specific responsibilities
- Field activities and expeditions – real-world community engagement
- Community initiatives – contributing to meaningful local and regional programmes
How You Can Engage
Within EQUIP, participants may serve as:
Cohort Participants — developing skills and exposure
Core Volunteers — ongoing contributors
Field/Event Volunteers — short-term engagement
EQUIP Ambassadors — representing and guiding peers
EQUIP Captains / Leads — managing activities and mentoring participants
Final placement is guided by availability, skills, and programme needs.
We welcome students, young professionals, skilled contributors, and emerging community leaders from diverse backgrounds and locations.
Commitment & Reach
Engagement periods vary by quarter and project scope.
International participants may be required to travel to Ghana or other programme locations depending on the project.
Structured onboarding and logistical guidance are provided upon selection.
People don’t just attend EQUIP — they leave EQUIPed to lead, create, and impact their communities.
