What We Do

Participants are EQUIPed with practical skills through community-based trainings and applied learning during expeditions and local action projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3 & 6) “Good Health and Wellbeing / Clean Water and Sanitation”.
Economic Empowerment
We support individuals and communities to build sustainable livelihoods that improve income opportunities, and economic resilience.
What We Do
• Skills development and vocational training.
• Entrepreneurship and small-scale business support.
• Financial literacy and employability programmes.
• Youth and women empowerment initiatives.
Economic empowerment activities are delivered through EQUIP trainings and reinforced during expeditions via real-world community projects in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 1&8) “No Poverty” & “Decent Work and Economic Growth”.
Environment & Sustainability
We promote environmental responsibility and climate resilience through hands-on conservation and sustainability initiatives.
What We Do
• Environmental education and awareness.
• Community-led conservation projects.
• Climate action and sustainability initiatives.
• Waste management and clean-up campaigns.
Participants gain practical environmental skills through EQUIP learning modules and apply them directly during expeditions and field projects in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 13&15) “Climate Action” & “Life on Land”.
Innovation & Technology
We use innovation and technology as tools to solve community challenges, and increase getting access to opportunities.
What We Do
• Digital skills and technology literacy.
• Tech-for-good community solutions.
• Innovation challenges and applied problem-solving.
• Responsible and ethical technology awareness.
Innovation and technology skills are taught through EQUIP programmes and tested through real-life problem-solving during expeditions and community engagements in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4&9) “Quality Education” & “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure”.
